DA-Desk supports integration of a vessel-operating company’s data through the DA-Desk Integration System (DIS), allowing voyage management systems (VMS), accounting systems or any other approved system to push port call data to and/or retrieve disbursement account (DA) data from the DA-Desk System.
DIS supports a high degree of automated data integration between the VMS and DA-Desk. Any VMS, whether publicly available or customer developed, can adapt and use DIS for integration.

Do you integrate with Voyage Management Systems?
Yes, we offer integration to most voyage management systems, which means that updates in your VMS are instantly reflected in DA-Desk.
Are you compatible and integrated with IMOS?
DA-Desk has had a long relationship with Veson/IMOS and have developed a comprehensive integration between the two platforms. Our relationship with Veson stems from the fact that we share a sizeable joint customer base. As a result, the integration is extensive in the datapoints which are transferred, including reciprocal updates. The result of this means operators do not have to inform DA-Desk about cargo or ETA changes, as these are transmitted automatically.
We currently have 84% of our total port calls integrated with our customers’ VMS systems. Indeed, the relationship is expanding with the new integration of Marcura’s PortLog into IMOS’s voyage calculation tool, allowing Charterers to get valuable and factual port costs and restrictions directly into the voyage calculation.
Is your service able to integrate with SAP?
DA-Desk does not integrate directly with SAP, but provides APIs for integration. The customer will simply be required to write a small integration application which pulls data from DA-Desk via DIS (DA-Desk Integration System). DIS exposes a secure SOAP API over HTTPS and uses WS-Security for encryption and signature. If a customer does not have the resources to build the integration layer between the two systems, DA-Desk can help by coordinating with SAP contractors to build the custom integration layer at a cost.
